How to Send a Digital Case

If you have not done so already, please fill out the Client Preference Form. Please ensure your IOS platform has been configured and provide the following information on your digital Rx.

Dentsply Sirona

In Connect Case Center-> login, click “My Account”-> use “My Favorite Labs” tab -> click “Search Lab”-> search by name (Leixir NY or zip 11784) https://customer.connectcasecenter.com/

For users on DS Core (newest Sirona Platform)- https://r1.dscore.com/

Login to DScore.com -> click user profile menu in the top right corner -> click on practice information -> click on “Preferred labs” -> click on blue button “Add Preferred Lab” ->search for lab-by-lab zip code -(Leixir Dental Lab or 06405)> click add (+) button on the right hand side.

TRIOS

Open Unit Software -> click “Store”. Go to “Labs” -> type the Lab Name (Leixir Dental Lab)-> click “Install” and the lab will be added as an app on the scanner.

Select Settings from your scanner -> Click “Connections”, and then “Labs” ->click “Add” and now search for the lab email address (leixirdigital@leixir.com) and submit your connection approval.
